• Helping position Know- how technology providers enter new markets to set up manufacturing units.

• Identifying Investors to work with in Joint Venture or for the Investor to Launch his project on a long term Build Operate Own or Build Operate Transfer

• Providing a whole range of logistics support in the markets

• Identifying and advising on the interface with Local sub contractors and construction companies and local terms and conditions

• Qualified to support, including on manpower QA/QC and security support

• Local banking rules and regulations and requirements as well as Taxation

• Local Translation services where needed

• Imparting local knowledge and Preferences of the Client base in the markets

• Advising on the negotiation strategies and participating in Meetings with or on behalf of clients
